It's all Flash. You know, that stuff Macromedia developed. FX like no other!

Do I need a plug-in for my browser?
Nope, all 4.0+ browsers are now compatible.

How hard is it to put one in my web page?
It's super simple - only two steps!
1.  Copy and Paste the Flash HTML statement into your web page.
2.  Make sure the *.swf  file is in the same directory as that web page.
Upload'em to your server and you're done!  All the required files and installation instructions will be emailed to you in a Zip file - Easy!
(Note: if you FTP the files to your server, make sure to upload the SWF file in the binary mode.)

What's a SWF file?
The SWF file is a compiled file that contains all the encoded information about your FlashBanger. It's referenced by the HTML statement in your web page, and then displayed in your browser.  For more info read our Flash Intro-Tutorial

I want my Banger to have a link.
Just give us the exact link when you order. We'll need to embed the link into the .swf file. You won't need to do a thing after that.

How do I use my Banger as an Entrance Page on my existing website?
To use a FlashBanger as an Entrance / Intro page on your site, the Flash animation must be on your "index" or default page.  Also, the link must point to the first inside web page you want your visitors to go to after the animation is clicked-on or redirects to your link.

So you may need to rename your current default or index page (if you have one already) to something else, like: "main.html" for example, and use that in the link.  Such as: "http://www.yoursite.com/main.html" or whatever you need.

Note: http://www.yoursite.com/ or http://www.yoursite.com/index.html will NOT work (it'll be in a perpetual loop), if you are using it as an entrance page on your site. -- The link must point to the first inside page after your index or default page.  Any questions: contact us

Wow, so these Bangers are custom made!?
Pretty much. Each Banger is handled on an individual basis. You tell us the text you want, background color (default is black), link, and some other minor tune-ups.

I need a white or some other color for the background to match my site.
No problem. Just tell us the exact hexadecimal color when you order. So, if you want a light blue background (for example), be exact: #ccffff. Easier still, you can change it yourself anytime (in most instances) by just changing the background parameter with the hexadecimal color code in the Flash html statement - example: <param name=bgcolor value=#ccffff> You can tell us what you want during the ordering process. -- Transparent backgrounds are available for most animations - works with IE4+ (Windows) only.

I want my text to be yellow.
No problem. Just tell us the exact hexadecimal color when you order. So, if you want a yellow font (for example), be exact: #ffff00. You can tell us what you want during the ordering process.

Oh no, I need to change the size of my Banger!
You can change the size of your Banger anytime. Flash is scalable. Just change the width and height in the Flash html statement — larger or smaller.

You can even use % values and have your FlashBanger automatically resize, proportionately, to any browser window size without any deformations. Click here to see a demo of what we mean. (Using 99% for both the width and height.) A new browser window will open for this demo - just resize it to see the effect.  It makes a great splash entrance or intro page for your site!

Can I loop the Banger to run only once and not forever?
Sure. Just let us know at the time you place your order.  Note: BANNER animations can only be set to play once or loop to infinity.

Can I use my Flash banner on one of those online, third party, banner exchanges?
Currently, we know of a number of exchanges that accept the SWF format in their banner exchange programs. And with the huge growing popularity of Flash, it shouldn't be much longer before they all do.

I want a different font than in the demo.
Sure, no problem. Just give us the name of the font, also the type (regular, bold, itallic), and if we have it, we'll use it. There are thousands of fonts out there, and we don't claim to have them all. But if we don't and you do - let us know - and you can send it to us. ( .TTF for PC )  contact us

How much text can I have in my Banger?
It depends on the Banger you want. Check the Specs. It's either one, two or three lines. And don't overdue the amount per line. Each Banger is only so big (as stated in the Specs) and can comfortably display and execute a reasonable amount of text without looking cramped or the text size being too small.

Why are these FlashBangers better than animated gifs or applets?
We never said they were better. Each offers some great advantages. But you got to admit that these FlashBangers sure look and sound great - and load super fast!

Are the source files available?
No, our proprietary source files are not made available or sold (see below).

Our product is protected by copyright laws, intellectual property laws, international copyright treaties, and other treaties. Some parts of this product may have been licensed from other parties, and other parts may be from the public domain.

The Source Files used in the creation/design of your animation are NOT open-source. — The Source Files are either owned, licensed to, and/or copyrighted by FlashBanger.com. Your purchase of our product confers no title or ownership in the Source Files and should not be construed as a sale of any right in the Source Files.

You acknowledge that the Source Files may contain trade secrets and other proprietary information.

** But we will gladly update or modify with minor changes (within the Specs/specifications) your purchased Animation for up to 60 days of the purchase date -- If the problem was our fault.
